Central is built by a small team in India. There is no call-centre script and no ticket queue you will get lost in — email us and someone who works on the product will read it.

What to write about

| Something is broken | What you tapped, what you expected, what happened. A screenshot helps more than anything. |
| Your data | Export and deletion are both self-serve inside the app, under Profile → Settings → Privacy & Data. Write to us if anything there does not work. |
| Privacy or a grievance | Our obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act are in the Privacy Policy, along with the grievance officer's details. |
| Anything else | Just write. We would rather hear it than not. |
What we cannot help with
Central is not a medical service. We cannot interpret your test results, tell you whether a symptom is serious, or advise on medication. If you have a health concern, please speak to a doctor — that is not us being cautious for legal reasons, it is genuinely the right advice.
